Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and community during their stay. Any damage to the property or violations of house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
Prismatic Stays and Prismatic Properties LLC are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings that occur during a guest’s stay.

At Prismatic Stays, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. Because vacation rental reservations involve reserving specific dates, refunds are subject to the following cancellation policy.
Because vacation rentals reserve specific dates for each guest, cancellations may affect availability for other travelers. Guests who book directly through our website may cancel their reservation according to the following guidelines:
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if canceled 7 days or more before check-in.
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.
Refunds are not provided for unused nights if a guest chooses to leave early after the stay has begun.
Reservations made through platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, or other booking sites are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those platforms.
In rare cases such as severe weather events, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances that make travel impossible, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
